Located near the monkey forest in a quiet section of town but realized we would rather be closer to more restaurants on the other side of the monkey forest. the room was big with a big, comfortable bed and spotless clean. the staff couldn't be more helpful and the breakfast was incredible and very tasty.
The check-in process was extremely slow and difficult.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel located right by the famous monkey forest, but tucked away on a quiet street just outside the bustling city center. The location was perfect for me, as I wanted a more peaceful atmosphere. The staff here were absolutely incredible, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They were attentive and quick to offer assistance whenever needed. The room itself was spacious and clean, with all the amenities one could ask for. The daily housekeeping service maintained the room to an exceptional standard. The lush garden and pool area were a serene spot to relax and unwind. The hotel also offered a variety of services, including airport shuttle and tours/ticket assistance, making it convenient for guests to explore the area. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The hotel is located in a peaceful village near Ubud center and Monkey forest. There are great restaurants and cafes nearby, but it's away from the hustle and bustle of the town. the staff is very helpful and attentive to the guests' needs. the private pool and the main pool are well maintained, and the hotel creates a calming atmosphere.
The hotel has some issues with mosquitoes and lizards getting into the rooms through the ventilation in the roof.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for exploring the nearby attractions, with easy access to restaurants and cafes. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The well-maintained pool area was a great place to relax and cool off, surrounded by beautiful gardens.
Although the hotel offered a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, the room we stayed in was a bit dark and could have benefited from some brighter lighting. The breakfast menu was somewhat limited, which may not suit those with more specific dietary requirements.

What an amazing experience - After travelling and staying in many hotels, the Chilli Cottage was a wonderful place to chill out. The setting was perfect, with beautiful scenery and a tranquil atmosphere. The room was good, and the staff were kind, genuine, and friendly. The management responded well to our requests, and the grounds were well kept. The staff went above and beyond when my partner fell ill, making sure we had everything we needed. The quality-price ratio is excellent, and I would personally rate this place as a 4 or even 5-star hotel. Thank you, Chilli Cottage, we will definitely be back!
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

We were initially concerned about staying outside the main center of Ubud, but we were pleasantly surprised by how beautiful and friendly the local area was. It was only a short walk to the main town area and the attractions we wanted to visit. The family room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. The staff were amazing and helped us arrange transportation and gave us fair pricing. The on-site restaurant was great, and the complimentary breakfast was the best we've had in Bali. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this accommodation.

The decoration of the hotel was absolutely charming, with beautiful Balinese touches throughout the property. The general areas, such as the lobby and the garden, were well-maintained and provided a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with ramps and handrails in place to assist with mobility.
It would have been even better if the children working there had been a bit more attentive and prompt in their service.
